Yoga Classes / Personal Yoga Instruction

My lifelong practice of yoga is a cornerstone of my wellness. I have trained as a Sampoorna yoga teacher in order to share this powerful tool with my clients. I offer customized sessions based on your individualized needs. This may include any and all of the following:

-breathwork and meditation techniques for the management of stress, pain, anxiety and depression
-yoga asana to safely improve balance, strengthen and mobilize your body for the reduction of pain and greater ease of movement
-targeted therapeutic exercises intended to build strength, improve range of motion, and reduce pain,
-general movement education to increase body awareness, decrease the risk of injury and prevent the waste of energy
-guidance and accountability to help you build and maintain Sadhana (personal spiritual practice)

Public Vinyasa Class:
Tuesdays at 6pm at the Newport Congregational Church on the corner of Spring and Pelham streets. $15


Private One-on-One Yoga Classes:
