With naturally intuitive and healing touch, Federica offers therapeutic bodywork to promote and facilitate health and wellness in the mind and body. Every session is tailored to meet the needs of the individual, and is therefore a personalized treatment based on a blend of techniques: deep tissue massage, active & myofascial release techniques, craniosacral therapy, assisted stretches, trigger point therapy and reiki, among others.  See her ABOUT page for the long list of specific modalities she has trained in.

These types of therapeutic bodywork relieve built-up muscle tension and stress, improve overall mood and sense of wellbeing, assist relaxation, and improve sleep. They decrease pain and stiffness, speed up healing in post-surgery patients or in injury rehabilitation, and maintain a strong and flexible body.
