Hi. I’m Fede.
I’ve been practicing therapeutic bodywork for over 20 years and am constantly amazed at the wonderful complexity that is the human being. The different approaches I offer are designed to help you, in the unique and wonderful state you find yourself, to take the next natural step towards your goals of wellness and peace of mind. I am here to support you in your journey towards total health.
To be a truly holistic healing arts professional, I have studied and integrated into my practice many different bodywork and energy modalities. Yoga, meditation & breathwork styles, and health & life coaching all complement my bodywork skills to treat your whole, precious being. I address the physical body, emotions, mind and spirit. The only way to move towards an increased level of wellness is by acknowledging and healing/polishing all aspects of our being.
To achieve my own best self, I practice yoga. I meditate. I swim in our healing ocean, even when it’s cold. I walk and breathe and run in places that are green. I study. I study to learn whatever I don’t know about how to make the human experience more filled with light.
